From £995.00

This service provides practical, hands-on support when exploring and arranging care - particularly in urgent or complex situations, including hospital discharge or time-sensitive decisions.

For professional attorneys and deputies, it provides trusted, on-the-ground representation - ensuring every step is guided by care industry insight, diligence, and attention to detail. This service is particularly helpful if you:

  • Would value professional support when meeting care providers

  • Have a busy schedule and limited time to attend visits

  • Are managing care at a distance or living abroad

  • Are unfamiliar with the area and local care options

  • Would like reassurance that decisions are being made with the right level of oversight

What to Expect

Following an in-depth Care Consultation (in person or online) and Bespoke Care Search, we provide hands-on support to help you confidently move forward with the right care.

  • Accompanying or representing you, your loved one or your client, during care home visits / home care provider interviews

  • Advocating for your individual needs and preferences throughout the care finding process

  • Representing clients at NHS multidisciplinary team meetings (MDT) where attendance is not possible

  • Helping you compare options, highlighting key factors not always apparent during a visit

  • Assisting with room selection, and settling into the new home

  • Coordinating practical arrangements including accessible transport, private ambulance services, hospital pick-ups, packing, and arranging essential items - particularly in urgent situations

At the end of the Session:

Once the right care provider is chosen, we continue to support through the next stages - managing communication, overseeing paperwork and ensuring a smooth transition.

Your Care Adviser remains alongside you to ensure everything is settled and running as it should.

Where appropriate, we collaborate with trusted professionals, including financial advisers, wealth managers, private client solicitors, will writers, and medical teams - or liaise with your existing advisers to coordinate arrangements.

This allows us to connect you with reputable experts for any additional needs, including funding arrangements, care needs and mental capacity assessments, wills, powers of attorney (LPA) and Court of Protection deputyship.

For added reassurance, ongoing Care Monitoring and Review services are available to ensure care continues to meet your needs over time.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We look beyond first impressions and décor to assess what truly reflects the quality of care. This includes noticing indicators such as a high presence of care agency staff, how residents and staff interact, and how the care home or home care provider operates behind the scenes.

There are often subtle signs, from levels of engagement and daily routines to cleanliness standards and visiting arrangements, that can reveal far more than a carefully scripted guided tour.

These are not always easy to identify without experience, which is where a Care Adviser’s perspective becomes invaluable.

  • Observe resident engagement and how people spend their time, the overall cleanliness of the environment, how staff interact and respond, and whether the atmosphere feels calm, engaged, and well-supported. Small details, such as how residents’ requests are handled or how routines are managed, can often be very telling.

Our accompaniment service ensures you have experienced, professional guidance during visits, helping you focus on what truly matters and ask the questions you might not think to ask.

  • Yes. We frequently support families living overseas by acting as their local representative, visiting and assessing care options on their behalf across London, Bromley, and Kent.

Through video calls via WhatsApp, Skype or FaceTime, we provide detailed feedback on care providers, including images, videos, and professional reports on local care homes and nursing homes. This allows you to make informed decisions with confidence, even when you are not able to be there in person.
