Frequently Asked Questions

We look beyond first impressions and décor to assess what truly reflects the quality of care. This includes noticing indicators such as a high presence of care agency staff, how residents and staff interact, and how the care home or home care provider operates behind the scenes.
There are often subtle signs, from levels of engagement and daily routines to cleanliness standards and visiting arrangements, that can reveal far more than a carefully scripted guided tour.
These are not always easy to identify without experience, which is where a Care Adviser’s perspective becomes invaluable.

Small details, such as how residents’ requests are handled or how routines are managed, can often be very telling.
Our accompaniment service ensures you have experienced, professional guidance during visits, helping you focus on what truly matters and ask the questions you might not think to ask. -
Yes. We frequently support families living overseas by acting as their local representative, visiting and assessing care options on their behalf across London, Bromley, and Kent.
Through video calls via WhatsApp, Skype or FaceTime, we provide detailed feedback on care providers, including images, videos, and professional reports on local care homes and nursing homes. This allows you to make informed decisions with confidence, even when you are not able to be there in person.
