"I felt things simply were not right for Mum's care, but I kept questioning whether it was just stress or, as we were often told, ‘unrealistic expectations’.
Local Care Adviser gave me the confidence to trust my instincts. Their independent review confirmed our concerns and helped us move our dear Mum to a home where she is genuinely cared for.
Knowing she is now in safe hands has given our whole family lasting peace of mind."

Care needs can change over time, sometimes gradually and sometimes more quickly than expected, especially if person is living with chronic health conditions or has been diagnosed with dementia.
We typically recommend regular monitoring visits, such as monthly or quarterly, to ensure care standards remain high and that the current care plan continues to meet your loved one’s needs.

Changes are not always obvious, particularly when care is delivered behind the scenes.
We look for indicators such as changes in wellbeing, reduced engagement, inconsistencies in care records, or emerging health concerns such as frequent infections.
Regular reviews help ensure care continues to reflect your loved one’s needs, preferences, and overall wellbeing as these evolve over time.
